When performing an action that deals Electric damage you may choose to take a -2 penalty to your test to change the damage type from Electric to Minimum HP for any of your dice.

If a creature fails an action test in combat against the character by 4 FP or more, the character gains a brief opportunity to exploit the opponent's mental lapse.
